The Holiday season is a time to relive cherished traditions, and for Chestnut Hill, there is no better tradition than spending a day enjoying the Chestnut Hill Holiday House tour. Presented annually by the Chestnut Hill Community Association
(CHCA), this year’s tour takes place on Saturday, December 7th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will feature five of the neighborhood's homes decorated for the holidays.
Get into the Holiday Spirit with a day spent touring a variety of beautiful homes and find inspiration for your Holiday celebrations, while experiencing the rich architectural heritage of Chestnut Hill. The tour is self-guided and attendees have the option of driving to the homes, or riding one of our special event trolleys.
Tickets are $45 for CHCA members and $50 for non-members; Group Tickets-Buy 9 tickets get the 10th one free ($400 for a group of 10)

Anniversary of the birth of Grace Patricia Kelly of Philadelphia, what she meant to Philadelphia and eventually to the world, the Chestnut Hill Community Association will display memorabilia on loan from the East Falls Historical Society of the Grace Kelly Gallery at our hospitality tour stop, located at Chestnut Hill College. To make your reservation for the 2019 Chestnut Hill Holiday House Tour This is an all weather event. Make it a day in Chestnut Hill!

2. Buy your tickets online.
3. You can also register on the day of the tour between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Chestnut Hill College, 9601 Germantown Ave. in Chestnut Hill. Keep in mind the tour will take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. We may add an additional registration location, in Chestnut Hill, as the tour gets closer.
Over 20 restaurants and shops offer discounts for Christmas Holiday House Tour attendees, and our event trolleys will stop along Germantown Avenue. Even more reason to love the Christmas Holiday House Tour!
Tickets include live musical performances at our hospitality stop plus sweet treats in the homes. In 2018 musicians and musical groups performing during the tour included the Walking Flukes, Will Gillespie (harp), Rich Rubin, Independence Sinfonia, Mary Roth, Carolers from St, Martin in the Fields Church, and the duo, Play it Forward.

Chestnut Hill College’s glorious rotunda with its grand piano and the adjoining parlor is a perfect location to view Grace’s Christmas cards from the Palace showing her family over the years. View personal invitations to events at the palace to family members, plus a signed and numbered portrait of Grace dressed in the Order of St. Charles, an honorary title bestowed on her by Prince Rainier as a present for their first Christmas as husband and wife. Attendees will also see framed posters of her eleven movies and dolls dressed as characters in her movies. This fundraising event supports the Chestnut Hill Community Association, A non-profit community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and encouraging a sense of community in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. Some of our efforts include publication of our award-winning weekly newspaper, the Chestnut Hill Local; supporting neighbors and businesses in development efforts as a Registered Community Organization with the City.
