Anne McNiff

Executive Director

Anne is the day to day face of the Chestnut Hill Community Association – a 70 year old civic organization, which represents approximately 10,000 residents in the 19118 zip code, a thriving business area, and cultural and educational institutions. She works collaboratively with our partner organizations to further the CHCA’s mission to improve the quality of life and encourage a sense of community in Chestnut Hill. Anne has a bachelor of arts degree in Theater from Penn State University and a Masters in Organizational Management from Antioch University. She is along time resident of Mt. Airy.

Jordan Demetris

Bookkeeper/ Operations

For the last two years, he has the pleasurable task of entering in our payables and receivables. In what can best be explained as a complex setup, he is also an employee of The Chestnut Hill Local doing a very similar job. He is responsible for financial reports and maintaining proper non-profit regulation standards. He coordinates our relationships with payroll and benefit vendors and keeps our employee files in order. He also produces files needed for our annual audit and helps organize this for the auditing team.

Jordan lives in Northwest Bucks County. Among his hobbies are following politics and playing in a band.

Heather Gray

Director of Marketing and Communications

Heather is one of Chestnut Hill’s biggest fans and advocates. Her love of history, architecture, nature, and community is inspired by living and working in Chestnut Hill. As Director of Marketing and Communications, Heather's responsibilities include the CHCA's social media, website, and advertising. Heather has a degree in Women’s Studies with a minor in Game Design from Goddard College and sits on the Chestnut Hill Film Group Board of Directors. Heather enjoys hiking, writing, reading, and watching films. 

Will Standish
Membership & Administration Coordinator
A native of the Chestnut Hill area, Will has witnessed the neighborhood grow and flourish over the course of his life and relishes the opportunity to share his love for Chestnut Hill with others. As the Chestnut Hill Community Association’s Administrative and Membership Coordinator, Will manages the CHCA’s membership database and coordinates all aspects of new and renewing memberships. He works with the Chestnut Hill Community Association staff and the wider Chestnut Hill community to engage residents with their neighborhood.
Will has a degree in English literature from St. Lawrence University. He currently resides in Mt. Airy, where he enjoys hiking in the Wissahickon, reading, gaming, and photography.


Celeste Hardester
Development Review Facilitator

Some of you may recall Celeste as the long-time Community Manager of CHCA. Upon leaving in 2015, she recognized that love of Chestnut Hill does not go away. She agreed to come aboard for the Physical Division and has been an extremely valuable resource and addition to the team. Her role is to stay on top of development issues effecting the community. This means engaging City leaders and residents to aide in maintaining developing appropriate to Chestnut Hill. She can be found at the DRC and LUPZ meetings, along with private meetings with key officials.

Celeste lives in neighboring Roxborough, and sits on the board of her local civic. She is also an accomplished photographer whose work as been on display at local exhibits and shows. When not serving the needs of the people of Chestnut Hill, she works with her partner Rollin Wilber in presenting classical musical concerts in the area.
