Agenda- 550 W. Willow Grove Ave (Wissahickon Skating Club) - RSD-1. For rear addition and roof deck at second floor level needing steep slope and rear yard setback variances. This will be the official Registered Community Organization (RCO) meeting.
- 8100 Germantown Ave - ground floor, Zoned CMX-1 – Proposed Animal Service Boarding and Other Services. This is prohibited in CMX-1 – variance would be needed. Application is from Doggie Style, which says its business model is to is to always board 2 dogs that are available for adoption.
