2019 CHCA Annual Meeting and Community Supper

Please join us for the CHCA Annual Meeting on June 27th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Venetian Club, 8030 Germantown Ave. The meeting will include a potluck dinner provided by the CHCA board of directors (beverages not included).

Tickets are free for current CHCA Members, and free to those who become a CHCA member at the supper (special discounted 1 year membership rate of $40 for new members who join at the meeting). Please RSVP to anne@chestnuthill.org if you will be attending

The agenda includes presentation of the CHCA awards to community members and annual summary reports on the Chestnut Hill Community Association, the Chestnut Hill Local, and the Chestnut Hill Community Fund.

The following awards will be presented:
 
The Chestnut Hill Award  - For the preservation of Erdenheim Farm, the Widener and Dixon Families, The National Land Trust, The Whitemarsh Foundation, and the McCausland Family.
 
The Meritorious Service Award -  For her work as the chairperson of the Pastorius Park Free Concert Series, Julie Byrne.
 
The Benefactor’s Award  - for the donation to CHCA's tree-planting and green space initiative, the Estate of James A. Black, Jr.

Keynote Speaker
Dr. William R. Valerio, the Patricia Van Burgh Allison Director and CEO of Woodmere Art Museum will be the Keynote Speaker and will be presenting Woodmere’s plans for an outdoor sculpture garden and other capital improvements.

Tickets for the Annual Meeting and Dinner are free for CHCA members and $10.00 for non-members. Tickets may be purchased online, or at the door.
